By creating an account or using DocuME in any way you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
DocuME provides an AI-powered document generation service. You upload source files, provide configuration inputs, and DocuME generates a formatted document. The quality and accuracy of generated documents depends on the quality and content of your uploaded files.
3. Free Plan and Paid Plans
New accounts receive 2 free document generations at no cost. Starter and Pro plans are monthly subscriptions billed via PayPal. You may cancel your subscription at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided at our discretion in cases where a technical failure on our side prevented document generation and repeated retries were unsuccessful. To request a refund contact us within 7 days of the failed transaction.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use DocuME to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, fraudulent, or in violation of any third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the documents you generate and the source files you upload. DocuME does not claim any rights over your content. The DocuME platform, branding, and technology remain the property of DocuME.
7. Limitation of Liability
DocuME is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of generated documents. Always review AI-generated content before use in critical or legal contexts.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DocuME after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
